With no microphone to keep him company

I have never been to Jordan before.

I saw a very small piece of it through the windows of the bus that took us, members of the Israeli press delegation, to cover the Israeli President's visit at the World Economic Forum on the Middle East and North Africa which was held at the 'King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre' in the Jordanian side of the Dead Sea, southeast of Amman.

I took all these photos of famous and important people shaking hands with their counterparts or shaking hands with non-counterparts and I also have a full folder of photos of famous people talking about stuff and using a microphone to do so.

Come to think of it, I don't think I have many photos of an important person alone. That is with no microphone to keep him company. Except for this one:

Israel's President, Shimon Peres is seen during a statement to Israeli media at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre, during the second day of the World Economic Forum on the Middle East and North Africa, at the Dead Sea, southeast of Amman, Jordan, on May 26, 2013.

I did, however, manage to get a photo I like from this 'adventure' in Jordan, here it is:

A Jordanian is seen by his car at a parking lot on the shores of the Jordanian side of the Dead Sea, southeast of Amman, Jordan, on May 26, 2013.

So, it's safe to say I still haven't really been to Jordan yet.

I have a photo with a photo of the late King Hussein though…
